I have completed the Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training (RISTT) Program by the Philippine Government (Department of Information and Communications Technology) that focuses on digital marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, E-mail Marketing and Social Media Marketing. From such training, I learned and experienced developing an eCommerce Website and execute a full-fledged digital marketing campaign.
I previously worked for Convergys Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines where I handled the account for SPRINT. It was also during this tenure when I was able to attend a variety of training such as Handling Customers of Different Behaviors, General Customer Service, Settle and Process Payment Arrangements, Driving Sales, Technical Skills, Handling Conflicts and Pressures especially on situations that arise during a call, Time Management and Multi-tasking, Active Listening and Empathizing, Personality Development, Studied American Culture, American Pronunciation and more.
I also worked for CallCamp Company Inc. for a year and was able to handle food and BEVERAGE account based off Singapore.
I was with Amazon as a Customer Service Representative and handled several tasks which include managing emails in Amazon Seller Central and Zoho. Also, manage customer’s reviews, seller feedbacks( keeping it 100%), handle complaints, process refunds, replacements and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
